the color blue should’ve been nominated for best supporting cast; the work it does in this film is unbelievable. jaw, meet floor.
this film told more than it showed and sold. it was an interesting device to use for storytelling but i appreciated it. the moments of dissonance amongst the characters and within the plot were hard to get through but i think i just leaned into the beauty of it all. silence filled many of the scenes.
