Timeless and universal like all great art. The vastness of this film overwhelms me and fills me with so much joy. Every single frame is so gorgeous I really am struggling to put it into words. Don’t even get me started about the magnificent print I saw of this in the beautiful Camelot theater at the Palm Springs Cultural Center.

2001: A Space Odyssey 1968
Seeing this on 70mm was magical. I’m happy to be lucky enough to see a great print on such a huge screen in nice seats. One of the most enthralling movies ever made it changed my life forever when my brother and Dad showed it to me at age 8.
