  Just rewatched this with my mom tonight. She raised me on Alfred Hitchcock and Rod Serling. She just talked about what a big piece of shit of a person Hitchcock was the whole time and that she loves tippi hedren (occasionally referring to her as Dakota Johnson’s grandmother 😭) and how she wants to bang rod taylor.  It was a sweet night

  Genuinely one of the most perfect films I’ve ever seen in my entire life. Female / feminine self-hatred is seldom a theme in movies and have you ever seen a more incredible, explosive masterpiece example of it such as this??? As horrific and electric as it was I couldn’t stop thinking how unbelievably relatable. If I don’t look like Demi Moore when I’m 60… I’ll be 504 please 🫶
