When the Cat Comes 1963
what a film! the main character, a cat first drew me in. didn’t expect to laugh out loud for two whole minutes when the caravan came into town and the closeup of cat wearing perfectly suited sunnies appeared on screen. i adore the flow and freedom of letting kids be kids, placing beautiful psychedelic images while mixing in concepts/messages behind anarchy, friendship, community, and well… LOVE!
