    4th documentary of the year: The War by Ken Burns. I have mixed feelings about this one. Very much American-centric and definitely not as balanced as some of his other docs, I still was drawn in by the powerful stories, footage, and interviews while having an overwhelming feeling of large swaths of information being left out.     Really phenomenal but not sure why they clearly left out more 70mm footage. There was a lot more of the vehicle assembly which they show snippets of during the end credits but maybe I’m just craving more of that sweet 70mm resolution. Absolutely a must to watch in IMAX.

    I would’ve also preferred a bit more mission prep footage and a bit of context rather than simply focusing on the mission itself.

    No narration, no interviews. Just original footage and original audio.
