If this movie was from Margaret Houlihan's perspective it could be a compelling psychological horror. She is a woman reduced from a confident Major attempting to bring order to her surroundings, to a shell of her former self completely mentally immersed in the very chaos she sought to bring order to through a series of humiliations. It is deeply cruel when a moment of intimacy becomes the source of her degradation when exploited by the men of the base. That being said, that scene where they broadcast her and the religious guy having sex to the whole base was the funniest bit in the movie.

Any viewer would know that Bonnie and Clyde die in this movie as they did in real life, but I knew with unshakable certainty that the titular characters would not die before having sex. When they finally did, I was filled with dread as then it was just a matter of time which is an interesting way to make the viewer anticipate the conclusion while not worrying about it much throughout most of the film's runtime.
