I love this movie so much. When it came out I was obsessed with it, and I’m so glad I rewatched it again recently to remind myself why. I cry like four separate times while watching this movie, and I’m cackling and repeating how adorable they all are every five minutes. Can’t ever watch this movie with anyone but my family.

Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga 2024
Liked this movie a lot more than I thought I would. Furiosa’s two major relationships were interesting and she was very cool. The action scenes were really fun. Though I found I didn’t like the ending (maybe this kind of revenge narrative isn’t for me anymore), and I’m not I’m a fan of this series running them of physical beauty (and able-bodied) being equated to goodness/purity.

It was such a good movie, and had so much of what made the original Alien movie amazing.
