The Substance 2024
Kind of like a black mirror episode was a full movie, in a good way? She was queening out. Lots of fun homages to the Shining and honestly felt a little Tarantino-ish at the end. I feel like this movie is SO GOOD if you have gone through what the main character goes through (without spoilers), but if you haven’t experienced anything like that, you’ll be very put off. It’s over the top and campy, be prepared to suspend your disbelief and have fun with it.
