Lone Wolf McQuade 1983
The relationship between McQuade and his ex-wife and daughter (who acts like she’s 12 but appears to be only 2 years younger than Chuck Norris) is one of the more interesting things about this. Some good fights though.

On the Beach at Night Alone 2017
I really don’t think I get these films. There are moments where I love them but at other times I’m just so intensely bored by it all that I almost lose the will to live. I don’t think there’s a single filmmaker out there that’s caused me to feel this duality and he gets SO MUCH LOVE on Letterboxd that I just feel like I’m missing something. Are they really THAT profound? Can someone explain what I’m missing?

I found the first half of this film almost impenetrable. Godard's philosophising about Marxist-Leninist ideology and revolutionary tactics is incredibly dense and you really have to pay attention to keep up with what's going on. If you're anything like me then I'm sure a lot of it will sail over your head.
