mary shelley would’ve loved this
the score was awesome! found out at the q&a that it was his scoring debut, which is insane. he said he was drawn to wind instruments that source their breath from something mechanical- like a pipe organ or an accordion- but bending the sounds like one would a saxophone or a clarinet. very uncanny effect, perfect for the movie.
