Very fun movie! Writing was fresh enough and interesting, and there were definitely a couple moments where the plot swerved out of my expectations. I enjoyed writings use of time as well, which helped to fully set up the heist atmosphere with backstories and all. A couple holes and cop outs writing wise, acting was ok, production was fun, and loved to see NYC back in film.

Perfect Days 2023
Wonderful. Ostensibly a tranquil, simple life, but depicts all the humanity within it. Shows the invisible around us, shows the importance of arts and letters, and shows how love manifests everywhere. Great soundtrack, stunning visuals, knockout acting. Accomplished much of what Patterson sought so (and did), but quite differently and with a whole lot else baked in.

WOW! I went into this movie completely blind. I didn’t even read a bio for it, just going off a rec. I have never see a movie so artfully use perspective to truly bend reality and how the viewer perceives it. Such a beautiful movie, made me laugh and cry and hold my breath - a FULL movie. And how it uses music, to amplify and merge reality is truly masterful. ❤️❤️
