Inside Man 2006
i watched this film for my art of cinema class and i liked it. it’s nothing incredible, it’s not insanely original, but it’s a fun self-contained story. there was definitely some distasteful misogyny sprinkled throughout, which hampered the movie in my eyes. it’s definitely not everyone’s cup of tea, but for what it is, it was fun

corpse bride is a beautifully crafted movie. the art style is incredible, which is typical of tim burton films. the songs were nice, and the story was a fresh take on the typical hero’s journey plot. i don’t have anything bad to say about corpse bride, it’s definitely one of my new favorite movies

friday the 13th has no discernible beginning or middle, but rather a string of horror tropes and awful dialogue that genuinely feels like if an AI was told to write a horror movie. the characters were insanely forgettable. the only part of this movie that i enjoyed was the last 20 mins, mostly because it had more depth than just people getting killed for an hour. i did not like this movie
