  Welcome back, bitch. 

  Fede Álvarez launches us back into the Alien universe with a deftness that combines the mythologies of Prometheus whilst simultaneously honouring all that came before. (AVP and AVP Requiem aside, because who is counting them? Not me.) 

  The first act certainly leans into the haunted house in space vibe of the original with long corridors, dark corners and the unseen that creates a tension and mystery we have so longed for.
