  Super cringey. Acting choices that felt like they didn’t know who their character was, super boring conversations that just drug on. I dramatically felt the runtime and, at 1 hour 37 minutes, that’s a big problem. Overall, I really just feel like this movie didn’t know what it wanted to be.

  I don’t know how anyone could dislike this movie. It’s so genuine and hilarious. It had my whole family cracking up. June Squibb should legitimately be nominated for an Oscar for Thelma, I’d probably vote for her to win too.
