  Spends a little too much time with the interiority that a narrative wasn't built too successfully. However, Tom Blyth's performance towers against anyone so much so that I am convinced and built myself a story around his character. Liked it.

  The level of depth that BJH has shown is that of a kiddie pool. Despite the great ideas about power & immortality, it all ends in a liberal dreamscape where ‘evil’ is defeated and ‘goodness’ is soaring—without actually excavating the deep-rooted nightmare of capitalism. But my God, Naomi Ackie and Robert Pattinson (and also Toni Collette in that one scene)… Myeahhhh!!!!

  Yeah, one of my absolute favourites this year. What a fun, enjoyable film that brings both my hunger and my concerns over the state of corruption in our country. All four of the leads turn it the fuck out. Dian Sastro is channeling Greta Gerwig's quirks in this one.
