This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
In my opinion, at the end of the movie, Michael really died after jumping off the building. The whole game was real and the party at the end was just in Michael's mind (maybe afterlife). When Sean showed Michael the bill of the game, they both agreed that it cost a lot. It cost their life.
