Mega disappointed with this one, I came for Bong Joon Ho’s storytelling and Robert Pattinson’s performance. Only Pattinson delivered. This is nowhere near Bong’s best work.
There are faint signs of Bong’s style: some dark humor, some cool sci-fi concepts, but the execution doesn’t hold up. The world feels half-baked, the pacing drags, and the humor doesn’t land (most of the time)
How can someone go from Memories of murder and Parasite to this? That I just don’t get.…
