  Bully isn’t something you watch for fun. It’s super serious, but it does make you reflect on what can happen when people feel abandoned, lost, or just don’t know where they’re going. What really shocks me is, It’s based on a real story and honestly I don’t think I’ll ever forget that. It’s one of those films that sticks with you for a long time kind of haunting, but you will never rewatch it.

  I wish the movie had shown Lisa’s backstory. While the book speaks briefly about it. I feel like it would’ve been more effective to see it on screen. It would have helped explain why Lisa acted the way she did, why she found pleasure in making others suffer, why she couldn’t care about anyone, not even herself.
