Perfect casting with Michael Fassbender in a role that feels like it was made for him. Predictable in parts, but a satisfying reveal nonetheless. Can I just say that I absolutely hate the soft glow lighting, though? I felt like I had something smudged on my glasses or I was watching a corner store bootleg or something.

Very interesting idea. Another great twilight performance by Anthony Hopkins. Trying to ground the hypothetical discourse with real time events in Dr. Freud’s final days was effective, but at times distracting.
