  It has been tiresome to follow this story about nothing in particular. What I find most frustrating is the lack of any statement here: the film approaches many important themes, refusing to delve into any of them. Queerness and lesbianism, gender stereotypes, racist violence, body-shaming and eating disorders, loss, euthanasia, handicaps, death penalty, isolation… Topics such as KKK or domestic abuse become the ground on which they built a bucolic pretty tale, this is unbearable for me!
