A nearly perfect indie, chock full of gorgeous depictions of waning Summer, middle age masculinity, and the magic of baseball for the player and the observer.
(My friend and I sank 6 beers each during the ‘game’ within the movie - I would recommend and have zero regrets)
Bravissimo and will watch anything this creative team is associated witj for a long, long time.

Modern French crime thriller done unspeakable right. A long movie that feels short but you still don’t want to end. Form, function, shocking action, and deep currents that will keep you coming back to mine further significance. Genuinely blown away by this lesser known gem.
