Inglourious Basterds 2009
The ending of this film hurts it the most in that it makes no sense for Hans Landa to turn himself in and allow the assassination of Hitler when he could make a better name for himself by stopping a revolution. The character motivations seem weak and only exist to introduce extra unneeded tension into the ending mission so that this tension can be flipped on its head when Landa doesn’t turn anybody in.

The film when analyzed in a modern context feels quite outdated particularly in its treatment towards women, however it is still an enjoyable watch.
