    Hugh Grant narrates an unexpectedly thorough exposé on cults!

    Solid and smart first 30 minutes with a trio of strong performances, but it didn’t live up to the potential of its premise. This could’ve been so much better had it not descended into mansplaining and gore.

    And why did Topher Grace even bother appearing in this one?

    Also, the “architect” of Hugh Grant’s house has to be the same architect behind the AirBNB in Barbarian and Demi Moore’s condo in The Substance: terrible.

    It was fine. Austin Butler really does embody Elvis, so the attention he’s gotten is well-deserved. I’m just not a fan of Baz Luhrmann’s style and tendency towards overindulgence. Aubrey Plaza and Theo Rossi carry this increasingly tense indie thriller/character study about what happens when you keep making poor decisions to pay the bills. An interesting commentary on class dynamics and the current catch-22 of student debt.
