More of a physiological thriller, the film has horror influences that can keep you interested if you’re willing to read between the lines. The camera shots and looming narrative are chilling. Drags on until the last 1/3 of the movie. The story is a bit bare bones but the film is also subjective in nature. Great acting. The short run time (85 minutes) was a plus!

As a viewer I had a fun time watching this film. Mia Goth’s return to Maxine is comparable to her performance in X (great) however her portrayal of Pearl absolutely devours them both.
