  i still remember watching this for the first time! 2017 in sinaia with my aunt and uncle, with nothing else to do apart from watch a few movies i had saved on my laptop.
  something about the hot sunny weather added another layer of mood for me, and i watched this and thought, “hey i want to be an actor too!” but i was scared that was too narcissistic and decided instead to become an extremely laid back ‘cinephile’ instead.

  you needed to see my face when that tatu song came on….
  it’s actually been SO long since i watched something in a full theater and this just reminded me of how absolutely fun it is laughing together with everyone. and the dead silence as the credits rolled?? wow.
  drags a bit sometimes, but every un-manicured line and awkward pause reflects regular ass  people and their regular ass ways of conversation so well, it just ended up sucking me in more…

  imagine my shocked face seeing the cast list and realizing antonio banderas was in this and i didn’t notice. also sad to say but i don’t think i would have liked this at all if it wasn’t for the cast….umm idk maybe it’s better on rewatch?
