  A lot of fun! But almost wholly unoriginal other than Malkovich, the needle drops, and the closing message/reveal. Def still a nearly solid recommend. Very 2020's, with that abrupt contemporary style of anti-capitalist (usually) surreal expressionism, i.e. saltburn, the substance, triangle of sadness, between the temples, the menu, jordan peele's, long legs, pearl & maxxxine (some better than others).

  Soundtrack was excellent. John Malkovich is insanely talented. But ever single character is basically totally characterless, the movie is all plot…

  Damn Zach Schnyder really thought he was cooking with that washed out, action slop, pop concert, torture porn, surface shit... not a good movie. But I'm glad I rewatched it cause it was a trip lol. Just skipped over the action scenes...

  What a commentary on cheuvanism and mental health, I'd rather watch this than some anti-capitalist woke liberal Triangle of Sadness, American Fiction, Walter Mitty, They Cloned Tyrone, Tár, Parasite, cinema bullshit.
