  Wild movie, filled with conviction and self assurance. I’d say it didn’t age well but I think it was kinda screwed up from the get go. Nick Cage’s southern accent is enough to make you laugh out loud on multiple occasions. John Malkovich was probably the only reason the movie was any good, he brought it all together.

  Interesting enough for an easy watch. The whole thing is a setup for a sequel, which is a bummer cos I don’t think #1 can stand on its own well enough to actually get a #2. I liked the cast tho, even if Mr captain America is more style than substance

  One of the best horror movies I’ve seen. The set and costume design were excellent, the cinematography was incredible but not distracting, and the plot was properly horrifying. I don’t really like Nicholas Holt that much but he did a good job. Lily-Rose Depp on the other hand was incredible, totally killed it. Just when it was getting too dark and hopeless Willem Defoe pops up and balance returns. The only negative was I felt like the voice Bill Skarsgard…
