  This movie is forever haunting, mysterious, and incredibly unique. Coraline’s inner dialogue, her mood captured by bleak surroundings in contrast to her colorful yet dark inner world, the ever haunting black button eyes. Very creative movie.

  Succinct and very pure. This movie naturally reminded me a lot of how I felt in high school; the angst, the youthfulness, the drama. One message that stuck with me was the line “attention and love, are they really different?” This quote embodied the character of Lady Bird’s mother, one of my favorite characters in the movie due to her undying concern and consistent effort in loving Lady Bird.
