  While the CGI is not something to brag about, and the dialogue in the first half of the movie can seem dull at times, this concept is one that stands out when looking at 80s sci-fi. the duo of John carpenter and Kurt Russel will later go on to create "The Thing" a year later, so this movie works really well as a predecessor to the work they'll do in the future. In my opinion, the president is the worst…

  1995 kevin spacey is something else. This movie is genius and It desveres every one of those 5 stars, but my one contention is they focus much more on some of the sins than others. I'm guessing some were just too graphic to go in depth with, but other than this, the car ride dialogue in the finale is fantastic.
