  Just watched The Monkey, and man, I caught myself wincing a few times—some of those brutal scenes really hit. But honestly? It wasn’t that extreme. It’s more of a horror-thriller with a splash of gore, but what really caught me off guard was how much comedy was in it. Dark humor, mostly. A lot of the jokes were actually hilarious, which made the whole thing even more fun to watch.

  Bottom line? Totally worth it.
