incredibly pogged. soooooo slow but it actually had me biting my nails the entire time. its goal is to sort of capture this creepy nostalgic vibe of being home alone as a kid. and it does it SO well. had me gagged and gooped. toilet stolen. windows disappeared. i went upstairs and i put the knife in my eye.

probably like incredibly innovative for horror movies and stuff but i thought it was sooooo bland. maybe i was tired out of found footage horror long before i got to see the original one but. it didnt do anything for me. i dont mind slow movies but they need to have good ambience and the ambience in this movie is. whatevs. also it makes me sad when they yell at that girl for not knowing her directions

the movie of all time. watch this shit watch this shit watch this shit. recency bias probably but its probably my favorite movie as of now. hal is a slay. the obelisk is breathtaking. the scene at the end gave me an acute nightmare after i finished. incredible soundtrack. also just incredibly pretty
