Smile 2 2024
It gained 2 stars only because of Naomi Scott’s performance. It was the same old same old with few actual scares and several LOL moments where there should have been suspense. Some cinematography was well done but again it probably would have been better suited for another movie or not during suspenseful moments.
Smile 2 put another frown on this face.

A bloody good time - one minute you’re wincing from flying body parts and the next laughing at Art’s expressions and antics. It’s not a perfect movie, by any means, but for what it is, you get a bang for your buck.
My main gripe is I hope they don’t ante up animal killings (just rats and they don’t really show it).

A nice follow up to the original. The jokes hit the mark and Wynona Rider hasn’t changed in all these years. They could have tightened up the story up a bit; one character was not needed nor integral to the plot.

This movie was a trip! I feel like I need to watch it again to catch everything but I am not sure I could sit through it again this soon after.
Demi Moore’s performance was great and the body horror was spot on. It made me wince a few times and I normally have a pretty strong stomach for these things.
I am staying away from eggs for a while.
