  Seeing reviews for 4-5 stars make me think that people are either dumb in their pretentiousness or just ashamed to admit that this is the weakest Wes's story and screenplay. My disappointment of the year so far.
  Don't waste your time on it.

  The Banshees of Inisherin 2022

  Ok, I really didn't get why this movie has 4.2 on LB. The director is showing a dull slice of life of an Irish island where almost everyone is insane, and the most sane character leaves the scene after 2/3 of the plot.
  The nature and the scenery are good but I found nothing interesting in that narrative. That could be a small tale but not a 2hr movie.

  The feature of this movie as a 2hr longshot is it's greatest weakness. They just tried to bite more than they could handle and created a barely watchable mess with a constantly flying camera, that tries to cover up the edit, but it doesn't work. This is covered by an unforgiving amount of badly looking CGI, that could be avoided if they did a classical action film. One star for the choreography, it bangs.
  Don't waste your time and rewatch Raid.
