do I love ajay devgan? no, too much paan masala ad coverage. was his acting on point? absolutely!

this is a brilliant movie about a time India was actually good at football/soccer and the coach who made it so.

I love the portrayal of the villains in this movie, it feels caricaturesque and hilarious but it's also a little true.

A phenomenal film, and possibly the phenomenon that revives indian football? who knows!

Over 3 hours long and yet it never felt unnecessary or overly stretched so sit back, relax and have a blast watching this movie!

the humour? painfully peepeepoopoo style (juvenile)

those floating heads? weird

the story? badly told

the sentimental moments? did not land because of aforementioned peepeepoopoo humour

so yeah, this was an attempt. a bad attempt. one that, realistically speaking, shouldn't have been attempted.
