This being the feature length follow up to the devilishly unconventional film that is Kuso was a bit of a disappointment. The whole movie we are given flashes of ooey gooey melty visuals that feel like we’re ramping up to something mind melting, but it never gets there. It feels like it’s only scratching at the surface and if it was able to break through it would have exploded into great horror.
