Michael Mann and tangerine dream is a combo that never misses. James caan being cool as hell, little racist but who wasn’t racist in the 80s, tangerine dream, some beautiful ass visuals. What isn’t there to love in this awesome movie. You might say this is cliche now but this movie Invented those cliches. Did I forgot to tell you about tangerine dream? Also the 4k from criterion is some work of dark magic it’s great buy the 4k.

There’s nothing more I could really say about this masterpiece, the best melodrama I’ve seen. no shot or conversation is wasted Visconti always shoots with wanting to move the story forward this 3 hour movie breezes by fast. The cinematography is some of the best especially during the boxing matches. I’ve gained some insight on this rewatch. This movie is a perfect movie in every sense there’s no truly “good” character in this movie everyone has their flaws just as…

This has been one of my most fun cinema experiences ever especially since I got the theater to myself. Has everything you could ever want, Robert Pattinson not even but TWO ROBERT PATTISONS. Some on the nose but still pretty funny dark humor. The setpieces were great visuals are some of the best I’ve seen especially during the space wide shots. Ruffalo was definitely super ehhhh with the white utopia crap. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a fun sci fi flick. What a beautiful fucking ending.
Deadass this could be cannon to invincible.

I haven’t watched many Tarantinos but out of the ones I’ve watched/ will watch this one is his the best I’ve watched out of all of them, Tarantino movies usually have a goal or a big score to obtain, this one has something better. Nothing it’s characters living their lives daily shenanigans or just what the hell they’re doing on a Sunday afternoon. Balances the three protagonist awesomely, gets me invested in all three. Brad Pitt and DiCaprio’s bromance was…
