  Lost count of how many times I’ve tried to watch this. One of those things you appreciate immensely but resent every second. Glad I can finally check it off and not see it on my watchlist anymore.

  Denis the Menace and Mr Wilson meets There Will Be Blood 

  So feckin goohd! 

  This one really stays with you. Very Shakespearean complete with supernaturalish forces. The unexpected violence was also giving me Lanthimos vibes without the weird monotone affects. There is some suspension of disbelief involved to have objectively hot people Colin Ferrell and Kerry Condon play loveless sibling roommates with questionable social skills. 

  Everyone mentions the script and acting, but the visuals were what stick with me most. The natural beauty created for “Inisherin” was almost otherworldly.
