The Batman 2022
For a hero that has more movies than any other, The Batman offers a surprisingly fresh take on Bruce Wayne fighting crime throughout Gotham City. The tone of the movie is appropriately melancholy, but not in a way that it hinders the actors from providing believable performances. The casting is great, and the Villain is appropriately and excitingly unpredictable. Whether you enjoy super hero films or not, The Batman is definitely worth the watch.

The Super Mario Bros. Movie 2023
All I can really say about this movie is that it was fun. The script isn’t great. Much of the humor isn’t good. There’s hardly any room to connect to the characters. And the soundtrack is too cliche for my taste.
But it’s a visually fun movie, and it’s worth the price of admission to watch Jack Black belt a heartfelt love song about a princess.
