  I don’t like when book2film adaptations feel like adaptations. It takes me out of the story. I think there was too much narration and not enough momentum for the ending to feel impactful. Altogether, well-made and fun.

  You can tell Bob helped make this lol. 

  In this, Bob Dylan is made out to be an instant genius whose only fault is that he’s cold because he’s too famous. It’s flatly linear and there’s no real struggle, but hell it’s worth it just to watch Timmy sing through bob’s early discography.

  Idk a lot about bob dylan or the 60s so it was interesting to see major events of the decade through an artists eyes and how it influenced him.

  If you like the 60s, Bob Dylan, or Timothee, then go see it.

  Huge fan of Kyle Mooney but this didn’t hit like I wanted it to. 

  Im not one to judge a movie based on my expectations, but Y2K was wrestling with a handful of concepts, and it would have benefited from leaning into a singular tone.

  It shouldve ditched reality altogether and gone full Mooney. Personally I wish this movie was Red Dawn parody set during Y2K.
