I eagerly anticipated this series and had high hopes but besides the fact that it is set in Hong Kong, where I live, I just don't find the show or storyline interesting. The acting and script is also quite awkward at times. It’s now clear from the storytelling surrounding the city and its locations that this show was never meant for a local audience.
Beautiful cinematography though given the task of filming during strict covid restrictions at the time. It’s also nice just to see Hong Kong acknowledged.
