  MBJ’s directorial debut and it shows. Action is as good as ever which is why the stars are what they are. LOTS of suspension of belief, lots of cheesy / goofy dialogue, lots of plot points that get introduced and forgotten. 

  Solid movie in theory, but the story isn’t told well enough to get you to feel/root the way it so obviously wants you to.

  Solid third act but slow and tough to watch. Whole movie has a high school stage production vibe to it, with cheesy script and top-heavy performances.

  It felt like Reddit/r/marvel wrote this movie. An ambitious fan-service masterclass. This film not only gave fans exactly what they wanted, but wasn’t afraid to deliver some emotional punches that the MCU tends to pull. My one qualm is that at times it felt a bit too cliche.
