  The urge to run away from men with your wife…

  but on a serious note I LOVE LOVE LOVE this film and I think it explores a complex message on the female experience so well that other films try to achieve but ultimately fail or just get close to what Thelma and Louise is - but it isn’t all focusing on the negative aspects but there’s also a freeing element of the film that it isn’t a hard watch despite the dark and very much real subject matter
