No matter how well crafted Juror #2 is, I can’t get past my disdain for the coincidence in the film’s premise. Jonathan Abrams’ script would have us believe Juror #2 just happened to be in the same bar the night the accused argued with the victim and that our protagonist hit her—not a deer—with his car on the way home. Nah, dog! That’s a plot worthy of a network legal drama, not Clint Eastwood’s purported final film.

Justice League: Starcrossed - The Movie 2004
Bruce Timm and his Justice League collaborators pullee off a “long con” with Starcrossed’s reveal that Hawkgirl was an embedded spy for her home planet Thanagar. This series finale pays off story arcs that carry across JL’s 52 episodes and sets up the follow-on series Justice League Unlimited.
