I really liked the way they did chemistry here — somehow there was simultaneously so much and so little chemistry bt the protagonists. You felt like they belonged together but you weren’t sure exactly how. What is this type of intimacy called? Why don’t we discuss or value it more as a society?

this movie grew on me overnight.
the disjointedness, the awkward pacing enhanced the sense of chaos and disorder in the characters’ lives. there was a tension inherent to the fucked-upness of the movie’s structure and execution that perfectly mirrored the utter fuck-uppery central to the film’s message.
