Bajrangi Bhaijaan 2015
I love rewatching this movie, it feels like a warm hug every time I watch it with my mom. I admire and LOVE Bajrangi’s character, he’s an honest and kind man who values his promises no matter what. This is my favorite on-screen pairing of Salman and Kareena, and I think Kareena truly shines in this role, both in beauty and kindness. Honestly, I don’t mind any exaggeration or unrealistic scenes, the story just hits differently.

Jane Eyre 1943
My third Jane Eyre adaptation and the oldest one. It skipped many scenes, & wish it were longer to see more of their chemistry. Nevertheless, it was good enough for a movie made in 1943. Orson is a very manly man, and Joan is too beautiful to be Eyre, but she does have the sad eyes. The child actors were really good and very well-spoken.
Edit: Just realized that child Helen was played by Elizabeth Taylor, no wonder her face and beauty felt familiar.
