Honestly I almost turned this off after the second scene of the whole movie had the guy browsing “cum dot com,” but it was actually really good. There’s some dialogue/slang that stands out as being out of touch, but the movie is well shot and really well edited. The main premise is super interesting, but god do the 2 main characters suck. I was totally with Shelby until the third act, but after that, she was unredeemable. Her big finale…

Captain America: Brave New World 2025
This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
The haters said Marvel was washed and that they couldn't do it like they used to. And honestly, they were right. Great call from the haters. Insidious: The Red Door 2023
That was solid, and a decent end to the Insidious series (provided they actually stop here). It delivers on open-ended plot lines from 1 and 2, and it gives an interesting exploration to how the characters move past where they ended in Insidious 2.
It’s solid. Not life-changing, but a genuinely solid end for those who thoroughly enjoyed Insidious 1 and 2 like I did. The ending is a bit rushed, and I wish it pushed itself Further for a…

Groundhog Day 1993
A guy gets stuck in purgatory where he has as much time as he needs to figure his shit out and turn his life around. I like that he really goes through every possible outcome, even if he spends half the movie trying to speedrun banging his coworker. The most unrealistic part of this movie is that Bill Murray is able to get an xray with results AND get in to see a psychiatrist in PA within one day. It is very good.
