White Male having white male problems thinking they matter to anyone in the world. This movie is sad in every aspect and left me more puzzled than I was before but not in a good way. It was absurd but not in an innovative way.

The Shape of Water 2017
A little less Americana and this would have been one of the greatest movies I’ve ever seen. Still a great film but partly annoying that it is so packed with weird stereotypes that do not at all contribute to the powerful story of the movie. Sounds quite negative for a 4 star rating. But that is really the only bad thing I found. Everything else, characters and how they were engineered and especially played make this one a masterpiece!
