  always thinking of the scene when asked whether she had a boyfriend and she looked at tsugumi and said yes. and honestly, that's what friendships feel like to me. at least, to my closest friends. like they're unspoken significant others, lovers, partners. but also, they're more than that. they feel like everything. you're not only in love with them, but you're also in love with being with them, in their presence. idk that's how i see those 1 in a billion friendships

  This stop-motion short film was very nice to watch. The story of Princess Kaguya is indeed always tragic and heart-wrenching no matter when or how it is portrayed. Honestly, I just feel amazed I was able to watch a Japanese stop-motion film from the 1960s
