After trying to rewatch Inglourious Basterds and having trouble with an actual review, I’m able to clarify why it rubs me wrong. And by extension, a lot of Tarantino’s movies.

The Godfather Part II 1974
Godfather 1 was a great theater play and the interconnected nature of family, connections, and enemies.
Godfather 2 is a great story breaking down any sentimentality or dashing rebellious authority organized crime tries to offer.

Love Winslow Leach's story and later design as the Phantom, a simple but creative outfit for a disfigured artist.
