Lee Marvin doing Lee Marvin things in this ultra-lean 70’s action flick about some mafia dudes doing shady dealings with a Kansas City cattle farmer (Gene Hackman) that go south. Seriously, I at one point looked at the time remaining on the movie and there was only 15 minutes left, fully expecting to see at least 40-45. Catchfire 1990
I believe that I have found the solution to overcoming my lingering sadness. It comes in the form of a saxophone and playing it despite having absolutely zero talent. The Shark Hunter 1979
A feature length film starring a blond wig wearing Franco Nero or a very long music video starring a blond wig wearing Franco Nero? You be the judge. To be fair, the score provided by the De Angelis brothers is rad…so I have zero issue with them getting as much mileage out of it as they attempted. It probably did more heavy lifting than any actor/actresses in the movie outside of Nero.
Notable collaborative pals Enzo Castellari and Franco Nero…
